Storage Space

At 3000 sq.ft, CVL has plenty of pallet and equipment storage for all needs. Come set up your own bio manufacturing space or store your equipment and food products in our unoccupied storage warehouse.
Occupied Warehouse

Come build that custom built clean room, or set up your own bio manufacturing lab space in our occupied warehouse. Our occupied warehouse comes equipped with a double lab sink and negative pressure ventilation, large glass window and entry doors for even the largest of equipment.
